2025 ANNUAL REPORT
By the end of 2025, the CHT supported 182,636 community health workers (CHWs) across 24 countries, reaching an estimated 90 million people.
Enhancing critical services at the doorstep. Identifying diseases, monitoring pregnancies, and following up with at-risk cases. And making CHWs feel more recognized and respected for their work.
These aren’t just statistics. Each number represents a critical, often life-saving, moment of care.
